Strategy & Results

Our digital marketing campaign was broken down into four stages:

Awareness: Build interest and attention towards the new development and the prospect of living in the area through Facebook and Google ads.

Lead Generation: Generate leads and qualify into appropriate segments for retargeting and early nurturing by building tagged audiences, growing email lists and addressing key pain points through early sign-up email flows and a digital brochure lead magnet.

Retargeting: Omnipresent awareness, engagement and further lead generation by being top-of-mind and communicating key selling points.

Nurturing: Engaging leads with appropriate information based on their segment to move them down the sales pipeline. Using software and automation to progress leads while also strengthening the relationship between the lead and client. We developed a lead scoring system to pinpoint lead progression through the pipeline, supplying this information to the real estate agents in real-time to follow up on qualified leads.

"A gun team."
